Our co-ed Drop-In General Grief Support Group, for adults 18+, offers a welcoming and compassionate space for individuals experiencing any type of loss. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or any other personal loss, you are invited to join us.

Midday Mindfulness & Reflections: Drop-In Group
Midday Mindfulness & Reflection at The Retreat provides peaceful and inclusive space for individuals of all faiths and
backgrounds to gather for reflection, comfort, and healing in the face of grief.
Each 30-minute session will be led by a chaplain and will include a short devotional or scripture reading, followed by a period of meditation or silence. Participants are invited to remain in the sanctuary for as long as they wish after the session concludes. *Registration is not required for this drop-in group.

This one-of-a-kind grief support group for women, 18+, meets monthly, offering a space to share more smiles than tears. Each gathering includes a planned activity and lunch, creating a warm and uplifting environment for connection, healing, and a little fun. Join us and find strength in sisterhood.

Blooming Hearts Monthly Grief Support Group offers a compassionate space for adults 18+ coping with the loss of a loved one. Meeting monthly for 1.5 hours, the group provides a chance to share experiences, explore grief, and find support.
Sessions are guided by a facilitator and begin with the Circle of Light ritual, symbolizing hope and healing.

Compassionate Caregivers: Virtual Peer Support Group
The Compassionate Caregivers Circle is a virtual peer support group designed for individuals, 18+, who provide care for loved ones. In this monthly gathering, caregivers come together to share their experiences, insights, and challenges in a relaxed and supportive environment.
A facilitator is present to introduce discussion topics and ensure that the group remains focused and engaged, but the emphasis is on peer-led conversations, allowing participants to learn from and support one another.
This is a virtual support group. Once registered, participants will receive a link to join.

“Fathers Beyond the Silence” is a monthly peer support group tailored for men who have experienced the profound loss of a child. This group offers a safe and confidential space for fathers to come together to share their grief, reflect on their experiences, and provide mutual support. With a trained facilitator present to guide discussions and ensure a respectful environment, participants can engage in open dialogue about their experiences, memories, and coping strategies.Location:
