Club Conquer: Support Group for Youth
Club Conquer is a group for teens ages 13-17 that provides a safe space to express feelings and cope with various forms of grief and loss through age-appropriate activities and discussions. Whether it's the death of a loved one, a parent's deployment, parental incarceration, divorce, or separation from a parent due to substance use, foster care, or adoption, this group supports participants in understanding and processing their emotions. Creative expression is encouraged through outlets like art, interactive games, and sharing personal stories. With guidance from trained facilitators, the group helps youth feel less isolated and builds a sense of community and support among peers facing similar challenges.
