At The Retreat, we understand that grief is a deeply personal journey that can affect people in different ways.

Our co-ed Drop-In General Grief Support Group, for adults 18+, offers a welcoming and compassionate space for individuals experiencing any type of loss. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a significant life change, or any other personal loss, you are invited to join us.

Messages of the Heart: Floating Reflections on Grief

This unique, co-ed workshop, for adults 18+, is designed to provide a safe and serene space for individuals navigating the complexities of grief.

Through the symbolic act of writing and releasing messages on a pond, participants will explore their emotions, honor their loved ones, and connect with others who share similar experiences. This reflective activity fosters a sense of community and healing, allowing participants to find solace in nature while expressing their heartfelt sentiments.

Circle Crew

Circle Crew provides a safe, supportive environment where young people 13-17 can share their experiences of loss and process their emotions with others who understand their feelings. Group members are encouraged to talk openly about their grief, while also learning coping strategies and emotional resilience from both peers and facilitators. Through connection and shared experiences, the group helps teens navigate their grief in a healthy, compassionate way, offering comfort and understanding through their journey.
